Mcdonald's

Cold food...what a waste of time and money. Entrance is on the opposite side of the large parking lot. You have to be careful as those driving to the pull up window don't seem to be watching. Screens were down, making it hard to order They want you to use the kiosk, nope they never get my order right...no matter which McDonald's I am at. All the tables looked like they were wiped down with dirty water, cleaned ours with a Lysol wet wipe. Did I mention the cold food I just ordered?

Absolutely ridiculous. 5 times complaining in 2 years. They never get our order right. Every time we order a burger no combo meal (a 5$ item) they just serve me bread and meat. I didn’t say “Plain” etc. last night I said no combo on a super chicken. I also said no sauce on a order of chicken nuggets. I got a chicken sandwich and a order of chicken nuggets with 4 types of sauces! Our family and neighbors or sick and tired of you

As someone just posted believe name was Dave we must have same young lady extremely rude.. not sure they should be in a business where you deal with the public. No Manners at all. I assure you I Will never return!!!! What’s sad I will tell others to avoid the rudeness!!!!! I gave it a 1 star only because I couldn’t put a fat O. My bill was 11 and some change gave her 12 my change was 11 and six domes😳

Ordered 2 shamrock oreo mcflurries. Was told, I can't do mcflurries but i can do shakes, it's that ok? I said no i wanted the mcflurries. Girl decided to have an attitude saying I'll just have to refund you. Said That was fine. Then she tossed the bag on counter saying there's your food. And then said I'll need your card. I said there's no need for you to have an attitude and she said she didn't. Removed my card when it said to and she said I had to put it back in, cuz it didn't work then stated 'I don't have time for this' (lobby and drive thru were practically empty)and refunded in cash. Then as I was leaving me and my little 13 year old cousin heard her saying f***. Very unprofessional, very rude and lacking in proper customer service. Terrible experience for him and I both, for what's supposed to be a family restaurant. Would've given no star
