When I placed the order in drive thru today 5/1/22, the lady was very rude and act like she didn’t want to take our order. When we pulled to the window, we proceeded to tell her she didn’t ask if we wanted original or crispy and she said it’s original and shoved us our food. We didn’t get no receipt when we paid. We got home and we find small pieces of chicken in our bucket we ordered. We ordered a family meal and we had items that were missing. We tried calling the restaurant 4 times and no one answered. This is the Blue Ridge location in Grandview. Definitely will not be back

The service was very rude. We got a bucket and was supose to get 3 sides and she rudely told me it only came with 2 when clearly on the sign in bold black letters said 3. When we got our food it was just thrown into the bag and the chicken looked like it had been setting for a little bit. We got 2 sides and no silver wear to eat it with and no napkins not even one. I will not be returning to this KFC.

what happened to good customer service? I walked in to get lunch and the manager was arguing with a customer about the chicken breast he served this old man. when did it become ok to argue instead of just replacing the chicken breast? I turned around and walked out. they might still be arguing. someone go check on them

Tried to order a family meal and the woman working the drive thru seemed annoyed that we wanted extra crispy chicken. When we asked she literally laughed and said "No" like it was a ridiculous request then said she didn't have enough cooked up. We would have been happy to wait for more but weren't given that option. When we politely canceled our order all we got was a "Mmmhmmm". Drove through to see the woman standing at the window playing on her phone. My partner and I both work in food so I get supply and demand issues but the attitude was so weird. Felt like a burden just trying to order something pretty basic off the menu. Went to the Belton location and they were so polite and got our order out quickly. Won't be trying the Grandview location again unfortunately even though it's a lot closer.
