Dunkin'

The staff here is great. The food is... Dunks.. so just keep your expectations in check it's not the Ritz. Honestly the only bad thing about it is there's this giant light that blinds you in the drive thru. If they could do something about it, maybe get up on a ladder.. it's about 93.4 million miles away but it's kinda bright. Naw but seriously I drive to this dunks instead of going to the one that's closest to me.

UPDATE: I am editing my review because since I first posted, this location has improved tremendously. It's been several weeks since any significant mistakes have been made and the staff is friendlier and more courteous. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I go to. They are consistent with one thing only...screwing up orders! EVERYDAY. How is it even possible to be that bad? Today, I asked for bagel with the cream cheese on the side and an order of hash browns. The cream cheese was on the bagel and they gave me 3 hash browns...not 3 orders of hash browns but literally 3 hash browns. Sometimes its the wrong donut or no cream cheese or some other mess up. It's so bad, that I can order the same exact think three days in a row and I'm charged three different prices!! Yes mistakes happen...but every single day, no matter who is working???? I also go do the Ludlow and Belchertown locations and they always get it right. What's the problem with the Granby Location????
