Very high quality cooking of excellent ingredients. The scallops starters were first class. Tender with lovely flavour and sitting on a delightful carrot puree. The fish of the day was sauced beautifully. We would recommend Sumas to anybody who enjoys fine dining.

Wow ! We went here based on a recommendation of a local friend & what a treat. From the cocktails to the food to the staff, it was a fantastic experience. Probably the nicest vegetarian risotto I’ve ever had. It’s expensive but well worth it for a special occasion.

Just Sublime the food was excellent the staff were extremely friendly and most efficient the setting is Beautiful would most certainly go back there
