Excellent food and service.
Minus one star because of the extreme price hike on most items.
Almost $16 for a 'you pick two' meal.
I understand inflation and the need to raise prices, but it's just too much.

Love paying over 5 bucks for a half full coffee. Avoid this one, I dunno why it’s always bad. The other Panera’s in this city seem to have it much more together, this one consistently disappoints.

This location serves bad salad after bad salad. I promised myself to never order from here again, but time passes and I think I’ll try it again. Time has not helped this location. After 4 new tries, I am done. Salad is always, always rotted and or wilted. Twice I got home to no salad dressing, not that the salad was worth eating anyway. Yet another salad disposed of.

This Panera had some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The drive through is horrendously slow. In the past I've had a front counter employee rudely tell me I'd have to pay for my second cup of tea that i was getting for my daughter (i have the drink subscription so mine was 'free') while i was getting my card out of my wallet, not sure who she thinks she is assuming I'm trying to steal the hot water and tea bag while I'm actively ordering and preparing to pay for it, but okay.... The front counter is left unattended so often you are forced to use the kiosks, which would be fine on it's own. However while filling our drink cups a group of employees was loudly complaining that customers use the kiosks to modify their orders to their tastes and that customers treat it like subway choosing every ingredient. To which I say
1. The kiosks and the online ordering limit customers to five modifications, that's hardly anything considering they count removing a condiment and replacing it with another as 2 modifications so calm down.
2. You are two feet away from the customers who are getting their drinks which are most likely to be the customers who just ordered the modifications you are complaining about, be professional and stop complaining within eat shot of customers.
3. If you don't want to, or are not capable of handling orders with customer modifications don't work in food service. People get to choose exactly what they want to shove in their body holes and i guarantee they aren't choosing your opinions. Get over yourself.

I just went to the drive thru and spent $50 on my order. I also gave the woman at the checkout a $5 tip.
We had at least 3 items that required silverware. We recieved no silverware and no napkins. We went around the drive thru again and they had us wait a whole extra 10 minutes just to get the utensils and napkins we should've gotten originally.
Not a happy customer.

Good food, nice service. Menu needs more info so you don't have to ask what's in every dish. Air conditioning was up very high, so we had to go outside to stay warm.
