Taco Bell

Shout out to the crew working tonight (1/30/21) I pulled in and right off the bat I was stuck waiting for a good while before the car ahead of me pulled forward. The nice kid asked if I minded waiting a little longer the person wasn’t supposed to pull ahead. I said no problem and continued to wait another 5 minutes. Now I know what you’re thinking. That’s a long time to wait for some Taco Bell but I’m a server and understand things happen and I just really didn’t want to cook after a long shift lol. I chit chatted with the staff while they apologized for the wait and explained what caused it. I got my food and was on my way! I live about 10 minutes away and couldn’t get to my food for another 10 minutes after I got home and my food was STILL HOT!! It was still so fresh and hands down the best quality meal I have ever received from this location. And we frequent there ALOT!! Thank you so much y’all for making my whole night turn around with an amazing meal and experience 🖤 they all deserve a raise!!

Really terrible service. I ordered food through the app and paid through the app and when I got there it made me wait until the lane was clear and then I pulled up to the window and was told that they were almost out of food but then I could switch to either steak or chicken and I picked steak and then they told me I needed to drive around again and wait at the ordering kiosk until I was given the okay to proceed to the window. When I got to the window they had given my order to someone else and that they were out of food and would not be able to fulfill mine and then could not refund me the money and still have it and it's been several days. Real s*** show.
