OK food. Happy hour, is it disappointment? No appetizer discounts unless it's 10 PM or later, which is dumb.

I had a misunderstanding with someone on the phones and the manager handled the situation professionally and respectfully and made sure that I was satisfied and taken care of. It's too bad not all managers could be as helpful and nice as her. 😉 I give her and this Applebee's an A+ and will recommend.

Good service, helpful friendly staff, drinks were disappointing. Although they were on special, it was basically all mixers that you couldn't really taste that it was an adult beverage. The vampire drink for October reminded me of drinking cool air. Otherwise food and service were good but drinks need some improvement.

This is an updated review from our previous not so favorable review. Dennis the manager reached out to us for more information & invited us back. We’re happy that we took him up on his invitation for everything was so much better! Food & service were terrific.

I just ordered take out,the young man who brought my food was great,and I was so thrilled to get to order my favorite dessert, it use to be called the maple butter blonde. Got home only to find the major component to my dessert was missing. The maple butter sauce was not included 😕 .maybe next time.

Our server was very nice, but it took a while to get some things that we requested. The food was okay, not bad, not great. My biggest complaint is that the house salad was all iceberg lettuce. I prefer the deep green lettuce or mixed greens.

The staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The food came out sizzling and hot. The restaurant was clean.

We went for the unlimited boneless, they're made to fill you up so they have tons of batter, but the price is definitely right!
