Ruby Tuesday

Came here for lunch on Memorial Day and was impressed with the service and quality of food here. The salad bar is quite fresh, with lots of options, and the food was ready relatively quickly. It wasn't the most amazing food ever, but the portions were reasonable, and it was better than I'd expected (my last visit to a Ruby Tuesday left me with a pretty low bar). My husband and I had a full order of ribs, which he quite enjoyed, and the chicken fresco with mashed potatoes and zucchini. My favorite part was dessert, with the chocolate fall cake, which was quite delicious, but needed just a little bit more ice cream. There was quite a bit of available seating, and they accommodated us and our baby in her carseat, though our specific location was a little cramped. Overall though, we had a very pleasant lunch. I'd definitely recommend this location!

Another reason why Ruby Tuesday is having problems. Look at the photo advertising their hamburgers and compared to what I received. Asked for medium well, received medium rare. The tomato slice was about the size of a quarter. Wife ordered same item with no spices of any type, no pepper, which she is extremely allegric to. Hamburger came loaded with garlic and the fries came loaded with seasoning. Will Wait to see what the new owner does before returning.

Could have been better. Our waiter acted as though he really didn't want to serve us at all. I wouldn't recommend it don't waste your money service only got better when he realize we were leaving a tip. We only tipped him due to the fact we understand that's his way of making a living but seriously service could be better my food came separate, timing was off. Horrible.

The "new and improved" salad bar was pretty nice, everything tasted fresh. It does seem strange that they charge $9.99 for the salad bar, but will only charge an additional $3.99 to a meal, or $1.49 if you decide to forego your side to the entree. I looked at the menu and found a burger that was $8.99 and ordered that with the $1.49 salad bar instead of my fries. I paid $0.50 more than ordering the salad bar alone and got a burger with it... Regardless of the gimmicky pricing, the burger was well seasoned and cooked properly, and the salad bar was great, and the rolls they bring for the table are absolutely amazing. Similarly, their croutons are some of the best anywhere. I usually don't enjoy chain restaurants very much, but this was a rare occasion where I find myself wanting to go back.

Good american with salad bar, how can you go wrong there! Except to get my order wrong to begin with... I wanted a plain ole sirloin steak and was given that honey bacon sirloin catastrophe. I like my steak to taste like steak please, cut out all the weird sweet stuff, that is what dessert is for! Anyway although the order wrong I just filled up on salad bar and took the steak home and recooked it later. The meat wasn’t infused and was great without the toppings. The waiter was very friendly, maybe too friendly 😉. I still gave him a good tip so maybe he was just the right amount of friendliest. 😂
