I love that there are so many great reviews, we must have gone on a bad day. Trail riding with friends and stopped for a bite to eat. We arrived at 5:05 and the place wasn’t really busy. Took a half hour to get our drinks (which we had to refill ourselves the entire time we were there). They gave my son a glass of ice with his can of pop that had an entire cigarette in the bottom of the glass!!!! Then we waited a solid 2 HOURS to get our food!! We kept asking where our food was and kept being told it was almost done. Had there been another place to go we would have left. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep our patience because we were a group of 12 and the bartender said he was the only one working. However, there was another guy that kept coming out of the kitchen area and pouring himself rum and cokes and the owner just sat behind the bar doing NOTHING! He even got mad when we asked him where our food was. We saw about three tables sit down and leave after not getting served. Once the food finally came out my husband and I had NO FOOD! They never even apologized, just said they thought we canceled our order, but they brought our son’s food. We asked the owner multiple times for mustard for our son and he just sat there and said someone would bring it out, my husband had to wait at the bar until the bartender came out and tell him. Multiple tables in the bar were furious and some left without paying. My son did like his burger but the fries were cold and tasted stale. Hopefully in the future they will get this bartender some more help so he doesn’t have to do it alone. We won’t be coming back to find out.
