Lovely place, friendly staff and wonderful food. So good that my husband could not wait to have a photo of his Reuben taken and bit it before... but who am I to criticize as I eat my burger before thinking about a picture???? :) I am looking forward to getting back to Gisborne and i already know where I will be eating.

Looking for a cafe in Gisborne to have lunch with a couple of friends we came across Solatte. Lovely cafe, great food and coffee, very enjoyable, great friendly device. As it was a catch-up with friends we were not rushed to leave. We will definitely be back.

Very good coffee, indeed. Food is beautiful. They even have half size serves which is great for smaller people. Staff and service excellent. Prices pretty good. Absolutely no complaints from me at all, will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely breakfast

Staff very friendly and helpful
even offered to help me with my phone Software update which is not happening.
