Definitely going to rant had ordered a party pack of soft tacos with extra meat and was totally disappointed if I didn't live so far outside of town it would of been brought back this is how all of the tacos were even when I asked for extra meat.. like wth where it the extra meat I asked for yet alone the meat for the taco..

Visited Taco Bell, it's really getting sad that they try to make no interaction between customers and the staff whatsoever. They expect you to put your order in a kiosk and then when you can't find something staff is not happy because you did not do completely accurate. Food is average has gone down over the years but still it's processed food and nothing to be excited about to begin with. If when I go back again I'm sure I'll probably get my regular crispy taco supreme and burrito supreme. All the restaurants seem to be very much the same wherever I've been. Whether that be and the Dallas-Fort Worth area are out here in for East Texas. Not overly impressive food and even worse impressive customer service.

This taco bell has to the worst ever. The food is never made correctly. They shove the food at the bottom of the bag that should be on top. Their tacos are always soggy. They cannot roll up a burrito correctly. You always get all the sour cream on one end and vegetables in the middle on meat on the other. Paying employees $15-20 they would make more money if they let me make my own food. At least then I'd be a returning customer.

I give this toco bell a 1 star would give a 0 but that's not possible because after a forever wait at the drive through speaker and no one infront and then get to the window and just to let yall know it was an online order they didn't have it ready and it was a good 20 mins they had and dropped the drinks

We just got home with our food and we said no sour cream on the crunch wray and there was. Not only that it was falling apart. The lady was rushing us at the order screen. The phone is hooked up to a fax so we cant get through on their number but the also didnt give us a receipt. We have had this happen multiple times. The order was correct on the screen and i spent over 27 on this food. I will not be back till they get it together!!!! The crunch wrap was for my pregnant daughter. I amvery mad.
