Firehouse Subs

Fire house subs have taken off on the sub train. They are finally everywhere! It's hard not to like all their sub, so I would recommend trying all of them. They also have really good desserts like their cookies and brownie. I would also recommend asking for the house hot sauce barbecue. It's extremely good on the majority of their subs. Oh. I can't forget. They also include a dill pickle spear and every single sandwich on the side. And you can even buy a bucket full of them.

After a confused order from our Publix deli and the instacart driver. Our Publix deli said they never received our order. Not wanting to wait the 2 plus hours we needed to make a quick decision on who / where to place our sub order. Othough a little bit pricey we went with Firehouse. After 20 plus years believing Publix had the only subs in town! Hello Firehouse you have our sub business moving forward. Everything happens for a reason.

As an individual franchisee, they did everything right so 5 stars for being quick, looking/being clean, and making the sandwhich exactly how I wanted it. But I didn't like the sandwhich. the meat tasted so sugary, just like the other firehouse sub shops. Also I'm not sure what is is about firehouse bread, but it gets more soggy than any other sandwhich shop. Oh well, It's not a reflection of the store itself, since they make sandwiches with the meat and ingredients they are given. I guess I just don't like firehouse sub sandwiches as a whole. Won't be coming to any firehouse subs ever again.
