Seed Shack

Amazing all around! Chill spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner in Gilbert. Food came out surprisingly quick. Seed Shack offers some bunch items all day long, like tofu scramble, sweet potato bowl, and Beyond muffins. The staff was really patient and helpful although we can tell she was busy multitasking. I ordered the tofu tacos and the beet burger with sweet potato fries, both were flavorful, tasty, eye pleasing, with contrasting texture. We also enjoyed the atmosphere decorated with live plants and sage scent. The location is somewhat hidden relatively difficult to find, but you won't be disappointed once you give them a try!

Delicious food and unique menus. the truffle bacon Mac n cheese is outstanding! And i'm Mac n cheese snob, so that praise doesn't come lightly. One of the best vegan Caesar salads I've had. My husband devoured his chili feies and beet burger (which had an abundance of tasty toppings). Piineapple rolls for dessert were amazing, and the soy ice cream is incredible. Delightful experience. I just hope they move to sustainable table ware for dine in customers instead of single use pastic.

Kinda hard to find (G Maps is off), but worth it. This small but quaint vegan café serves up delicious food with big personality. I enjoyed the Beet Burger, my non -vegan dad really likes his buffalo-style Chikn sandwich and the Mac & Cheese was creamy and tasty. The seaweed salad was spot-on. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Dog-friendly patio is perfect for outdoor dining.
