Pizza Nova

Worst Pizza Nova spot ever. U guys need to check the quality of the FOOD and not keep stale slices. My wife couldn’t even finish her slice, it was so bad. I felt sick but she has food poisoning and been puking all day!! Customers get sick when u want to save few bucks. Remember ppl are eating this food, take care of it. Anyways Stay away from this location!!

Placed an order here two days ago, paid online, after waiting 1.5 hours I called the restaurant no answer. Called about 4 more times, no answer. Never ended up getting my delivery and had to order from pizza pizza almost two hours later, I also haven’t gotten my money back yet as it’s being investigated. But they were apparently closed at the time and it still let me order online. I have the order number and receipt. So messed up!!!!!

I go to pizza nova a lot, this location inside the mall really disappointed me. Most of the locations i goto the owners understand that I do not eat pork and make sure to cut my pizza in front of me. After specifically telling the guy not to cut it with the same cutter, i found a ton of pieces of pepperoni on my pizza. Quite possibly the worst thing to do to someone.

The Guelph st location has been very hot or miss lately. What iwill say is do not order the panzerotti! I ordered three. Asked for extra cheese on one, got regular the amount. On the other two asked for double cheese on two more and got LESS than the regular amount! If you like a stick of bread packed with to much merrinera just toppings and next to no cheese and love heart burn, go for it... the Georgetown south location at least gives you what you pay for. In addition one of the panzerotti was burn to a crisp. I did get a credit from customer service for my complaint which is good, butwhen you order a meal it should come right the first time, not the second.
