The amount of time you need to spend just to get a coffee here is ridiculous. There seems to be some ridiculous demand for Tim hortons in Georgetown while The rest of Canada has grown tired of the poor food, worsening coffee and generally terrible customer service. The app is fairly awful as well.
Although this location isn't as bad as the other Mountainview location, which is filled with extremely rude workers, it still takes far too long to get a simple order.

They frequently get the order wrong, especially when it comes to food. Today was bad enough I felt a need to leave a review. We ordered a sausage farmers wrap and payed for bacon. We received a wrap with sausage and hash brown and that’s it. Extremely disappointed.

The slowest costumer service I have ever experienced. One cashier 12 people to be served. At least 7 employees behind the poor girl doing who knows what.

Dropped by for a coffee and donuts after a meal in the plaza. The donuts are always fresh and delicious but somehow the coffee was off (tasted weak). We asked for another cup and still not right. This should not happen in a coffee shop.

Been waiting 20 mins now in drive thru line just for coffee. Line is all the way around the building. Wish i wasn't addicted to this coffee !

I used worked for Tim Hortons for 10 years and i know how it goes but today's service was awful I waited over twenty minutes for my order and it was disorganized and I was not impressed

Drive thru is disgustingly slow. It’s a shame this tim hortons is the closest one to my house. Most tim hortons I go to, the workers are super efficient.

I waited there for long time and after that one guy took my order he didn’t said hi hello nothing and after he gave me my order, I said thank you he said nothing and turned his back. Also,for the record the store was not busy at that time.
