Continues to be the worst service ever. We have been there several times within the ladst month trying to give it "one more try". Each time we are dissatisfied with the service in the drive thru. After you wait and wait and wait in line and you finally get to the speaker to place your order and you wait again for someone to acknowledge that you are there and you're ready to order your 2 chocolate shakes and they come back to say, "were out of chocolate ". That's ridiculous. There is no professionalism or any kind of customer courtesy when it comes to going through the drive through. They just don't care. The workers are obviously not trained.

Just got home after a rather bewildering experience at the Baskin-Robbins on Williams Dr., by the Sonic. We usually have a good experience there, but when the guy working there handed us our cones, during his presentation he said"here's the one without period blood on it." What the Heck!?!? " I really thought I had misheard heard him, but my son even repeated what he said. Weird and highly inappropriate.

Absolute worst service ever! The young lady who was taking care of the entire facility didn’t even know her boss’s name. She refused to give me HER name when I asked who I was speaking with. She said she refunded my money for an item that wasn’t there, an item that she didn’t even know the name of, and an item that they’ve apparently stopped carrying. I’ve received zero notifications that my order was not gonna be correct or that they were out of anything, and my amount that I was charged $40 for ice cream by the way, was never refunded anything. When I called to try to get help, she wouldn’t give me her name, didn’t know her bosses name, didn’t know when her boss worked next, didn’t know how to help me. Do you wanna know why this company is continuing to go through people? Because clearly at the top level of this particular company, no one trains any of their employees or cares one bit how the customers are treated. Watch this one continue this behavior and go out of business.

For her 1st ever visit to an ice cream shop,I took my 3 yr. old granddaughter and they treated us with great care and dedication to their craft of making ice cream an event! She had chocolate with sprinkles and just a touch of chocolate syrup to top it off. I said let's wait on the whip cream for. another visit. I plan on going back it was such a fun experience. Even on a Friday afternoon this shop was a little busy but the lovely lady behind the counter. took it all in stride without a hick up ! You need to go there, it's in Georgetown off Williams Dr. Prepare for a positive experience all the way around!
