Kfc

We stopped after a doctor's appointment. Went inside. The work at the counter was very rude in taking the order. My food was place in a bag and thrown on the counter and I never heard her say anything about it being ready. Chicken was very greasy. Never ate it. Went to the bathroom and about died on hiw dirty and the smell was horrible. I will definitely never to stop here again. Pepsi was flat also...

Went to get my mother and myself dinner. Ordered two chicken pot pies after sitting in the Drive-Thru line for over 12 minutes with only two cars in front of me. After placing my order and sitting there for almost 2 minutes waiting for a response they informed me that they only had one pot pie left and it would be 25 minutes wait for the next one! It was only 5:30!!!!! I was not happy because this is the third time in the last 2 months that this has happened. The last time I said I would wait the 25 minutes and it took 40 minutes!!!! So then I ordered two pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes for my mother and took the pot pie home. I used my sales receipt to contact KFC regional offices. They told me they sent a message to the manager and and they would be contacting me very quickly and gave me a ticket number. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! I GUESS THEY JUST BLEW ME OFF the other issue I had with the chicken pot pie... There was only one small piece of chicken in the entire pie it should have been a potato pot pie!!! If I sound angry I am cuz I expect more. So I cannot recommend KFC to anyone. Drive-thru is extremely slow and they really don't care what type of food they serve.

First thing on entrance was a rotten egg smell. Sat in back of room to avoid smell. Then ordered the number 5 which was three pieces but she charged me for the 9.99. went with dark meat said that all that was ready. The piece s were small and u could tell they had been around awhile and we're not hot at all. Asked for fresher so waited the four min. One of the employees belched loudly and then used the f word. Which was very disturbing. Never had this happened at this store before. And one dancing with his hands under his breasts saying bouncey bouncey. Will think twice about going inside to eat again.
