I just stopped in for a smoothie & as i was leaving the lid popped off & it spilled all over me and my car. Totally fine, until i go inside and they all start laughing & staring. once i got the mess clean i came back in and asked for a new smoothie, since i hadn't even taken a sip of my first, when asked this the employee looked at me puzzled and asked "why would i do that?" once i explained that i paid $8 PLUS A TIP for a smoothie i didn't even take a sip of and now have to clean out of my car he reluctantly made a new smoothie. I used go in every week after an appointment but i think ill find somewhere else. thanks for making a bad experience even worse & more embarrassing. be kinder seriously!? ((i included the picture to show he could clearly see what happened))

I just left this Jamba Juice, have been a couple times before and always had a pleasant experience. I just left there in tears for the teen employees working there. The manager was screaming at them to work faster when she was having a conversation with customers about her retiring. She also complained about those teen employees to the customers which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She mentioned that she is moving to San Diego next month when she retires, however I feel action needs to be taken. I understand the store was busy, but then don't sit there and have a conversation, she should have been helping them with the drink orders. I feel bad not saying anything in the moment but that was honestly disgusting to watch. Please train your employees to respect each other, especially in a store full of customers!!!

This is always my default smoothie shop, it's like Starbucks and the way that you can always modify your smoothie if you would like more or less of something. I try to stick with the veggie and fruit smoothies and I add some protein powder. It's a healthy lunch or snack. I also really enjoy the wheatgrass shots but they do take a little longer. if only two people are on duty I make a point of only getting a smoothie but if there are three people on duty then the wheatgrass shots will come out in a timely manner. I have never gotten anything bad at this place, please try the smoothie bowls. Any of them, they are the best I've had.
