Called in for a drink while shopping was very cold with air con but nice pub very friendly staff and observed them going above and beyond for other customers which was a pleasure to see

Really like this Wetherspoons and the food is always great. The staff are very friendly and helpful but always need to be asked to clean the tables, it doesn't get done automatically and always covered in dishes and food from the last customers

The manager and staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I will be dining there again.

Had a lovely meal with the family. Allowed us to put 2 tables as 1 big table together so we didn't have to eat at two separate tables. Service was good and the food and prices were good.

Disappointed with some aspects of the food. Ordered a side to go with a main meal. A bowl came with a tablespoon of food in it. Queried this with a member of staff who just shrugged their shoulders and sort of said "hard luck". I then had to speak to the manager who brought a proper serving. Ten out of ten for the manager, but none out of ten for the member of staff.

A good Spoons out of place. Orange juice at cost, and not very many day drinkers but with the Spoons gloom and carpet.

Food is low cost but nice if you like chips. Great for families, our grandkids love the pizzas.

A bog standard Wetherspoon in the MetroCentre. Stayed only for a pint then left for the hotel 15-20 minutes' walk away. Fairly quiet at 20:00 on a Friday evening.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with my family. Staff and food amazing. Was a lovely atmosphere until someone decided to make a fool of themselves. The staff handle themselves professionally. Well done.

Wow, a spoon in a shopping centre, must check it out. Pleasant enough inside and a perfect break from the shopping, or sit here and leave the missus to it 🤪
