Had an amazing weekend here to support my daughter and her partn who were running the great North run .staff amazing love the concept of integrating the young folk with special needs .food brilliant and rooms really good .prices for here are in anyones range .the manager the chef and Alan who are all lively guys made our weekend especially when the had to rescue us when we got lost in Gateshead .had such a laugh .10 out of 10 guys it's an amazing place we need one up here in Scotland plenty kids up here who need a chance .will be back soon x

We had our Sons 18th birthday party here last night. It was a fabulous night. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing to much trouble for them. Lovely setting to have any sort of party. Accessible to everyone as ramp in place. Our Son has Learning difficulties so we have always supported the Vault. A fabulous opportunity to people who would possible be overlooked for a job. Keep up the good work.

We had a lovely breakfast overlooking the river. The staff were very efficient, thank you. A suggestion - my husband is vegetarian so maybe more vegetarian options. We will come back again.
