Dunkin'

Wow I am shocked that Dunkin donuts is more expensive than Starbucks! I came here because I had a long drive ahead. I ordered a medium iced Americano and it came to nearly 6 bucks!!!! They ar even cheaper at Starbucks. I asked for a splash of oat milk, they charged me for that? It barely changed the color of the drink. It was full of ice so it was super watered down. I could see getting charged for oat milk if they put more than a drop. It literally barely changed the color. I should've just went to Starbucks, for 6 bucks I could've got a latte or something. Iced Americano are usually on the cheaper side because it's just water and espresso. I drank this as fast as I could and I was STILL YAWNING!!! idk if they gave me decaf or what because it didn't feel like even 1 mg of caffeine was in the cup. If I drink Starbucks I am like wired! It was an act of desperation because I was passing through and just needed a pick me up to drive. I will never patron any Dunkin donuts again. It's so expensive like I thought it was supposed to be cheaper than the fancier coffee places but it wasn't. And the coffee doesn't have caffeine or idk it was so watered down but I chugged it and was yawning like crazy still. I've been all over the country to a lot of coffee houses, and never got charged 6 bucks for an iced Americano. Big mistake. I'll never go to one again! 0 stars if I could.

What’s with the drive thru, it’s horrible. Not just design wise either. Sat in line for over 10 minutes. Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and what I got at the window was the wrong drink and attitude. The lady then walked back up to the window and tried to tell me what a cold brew automatically comes with caramel, even though I didn’t order it with caramel. After repeating my order to her again, I was again told I was wrong about my own order. I told her if she wants to fight about a cup of coffee she can keep it and I drive off. What horrible customer service. Already being late for work, I stopped at Starbucks and received what I actually ordered without an attitude.

NO STARS! I don't like the attitude and sitting in line for 20minutes to get to the window n be told I ordered my for wrong. I say strawberry coconut refresher and they are argue that's what the dragonfruit is. If they can't do their job they need to just quit its not a hard thing to do to just shut up for one second and listen to what it being asked for.
