Kfc

I was actually traveling from Chicago and had to use the restroom. We stopped and put an order in to avoid issues if I wasn’t ordering. Turns out the bathroom had an out of order sign up. The cashier said it really was in need of repair. Not happy about the bathroom but I was pleasantly surprised that the food was tasty

This is got to be most ghetto, rude, unprofessional customer service establishment to ever exist in kfc history. Their employees are rude and disrespectful. They didn't have what I wanted after waiting for 20 mins and said that I have to wait or substitute but I can't get my money back after you also said something wrong with the machine that cooks the chicken as well. I will never recommend this place to not a soul. Just sad

They need to have a phone number to contact a real manager because they are ridiculous up in there they new a whole new crew with better attitude... I came up here at 5:20 on 03/29/22 the drive through was completely packed with cars soni go inside withy kids they tell me drive through only.... But there are no signs on the door that says drive through only and both doors was unluck makes no sense that everytime I go in there they are rude or it's just nasty attitude but yet there's a child sitting at the table with a tablet... Need better management that actually care about their customers....
