Have only had one less than excellent meal here, but it was just the jalapeno crisps were absent from my order. Overall I don't have any negative remarks about the establishment.

DISGUSTING!!!!! Hair was in my food 🤮🤮🤮. I have long blonde hair. I would never ever recommend this place. Asked for impossibles w NO cheese. Clearly they cannot read. Had an order of cheese sticks w no marinara. These ppl must be extremely lazy and sloowwww 🥱🥴..

The customer service was great, young polite people who actually got my order right with no attitude. I will definitely recommend this location and my food was HOT & FRESH. That NEW 1921 slider was AMAZING also!!

Burgers were on point! Chocolate milkshakes were awful!! They were not mixed with enough chocolate and didn't even taste like vanilla either. We were in the 6th car in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Super Slow!!!

We went to the one on Broadway in Gary. They make the best burgers to me. We got fresh cooked and delicious food 😋. Thanks to all the workers for being so kind too.

The four stars are relative to the food and the overall experience on what you would expect from a White Castle. The food was on point. The staff were extremely professional and courteous.

It's been a while since I've had White Castle but it was good if you haven't tasted them in a while or have tried at all now is the time which ever you do enjoy!😊🍔🍟🥤

Service was significantly unsatisfactory. The order was not right and I had to return to exchange it. I was left to wait without explanation and then interrogated as if I guilty of a crime. In the end 2 stars instead of 1 because my son received the order finally. There was nothing fast about this food.
