Mcdonald's

I understand that this is McDonald’s, but this location has the stalest and coldest low quality food I’ve ever gotten from anywhere. Nothing is ever fresh and I’ve tried 3x now since it is so convenient for my commute. Come on, step it up. If I’m paying $20 for 2 10 piece nugget meals, they should at least be hot when I get them.

I just stopped here at this McDonald's.....I don't usually go to McDonald's so this is rare. But I can't help but tell you that the lady at the first window on the evening shift is very sweet. It was like I had know her all my life. The guy who gave me my food was not very enthusiastic. So I can't speak for all the people there but she is an A++ employee. You'll be cheered up just to speak to her. (smiley face)

Took forever to take my order, told me to hold on mid way through ordering. I had to repeat my order multiple times. Continued to read back my order incorrectly and when I tried to correct them, they got an attitude. Take #2 6.19.22 A little better service this time, but they reminds me of a line from a movie. "You'll get what you get and you'll like it." I guess they know what I "want" more than I do.

Just returned with my food. Ordered about $30 in food including a medium shake, which I was told at the window the didn't have strawberry...should have taken it off of mobile ordering. Entire order was wrong. The quarter pounder was missing, which I redeemed with my 6000 points, 20 piece nugget was really 15, and Large fries were really medium fries stuffed in a large carton. At this point you are charging an arm and a leg for everyone to have jacked orders due to the incompetent workers you have inside, the same ones that wanted $15/hr 🤣. I'm fine paying for product but at least give me what I pay for!
