Everything was good except... while going through the drive-through, one of our items didn't get rang up, that we ordered. Usually when this happens, wherever we are, will just hand us the item that they missed and we're on our way. In this situation, they had us complete a second transaction for the one item and we had to drive around the building and wait at the door for the item. That might make sense if it was something extravagant, but it was only a dollar burrito. It's not about the money, it's about the principles involved.

The chicken tenders and fries combo I ordered was pretty old. I only live about 2-3 minutes away. I've tried going to different KFC's through the country and I want to ask, "what happened?". Please pay your workers more money and try providing a better product. I won't be back. "Did you try contacting the manager?" No. Because it's a company wide issue. It's my own fault. I could have just made something at home.

This is quite a ridiculous place. Came in, waited and ordered some food only to be told my meal got passed to another person after waiting close to ten minutes. The lady simply said she would be giving me a refund, no apologies whatsoever. I asked that they make another meal but was told they are out of tenders. Guess it took ten minutes to figure out they were out of tenders. And always count your change when you pay cash, I was close to been cheated of my change
