Subway

There’s a bunch of kids who run this place, and I’ve been here several times. Waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches that only had a few differences, and they didn’t even label which sandwich was which. Ate more bread than meat. Paid for extra cheese but did not receive. As a childhood favorite, it’s sad to say that I’ll never eat at this subway again. It just sucks.. I’ll take my money to Goodcents now on 😂😂

I ordered a spinach wrap with rotisserie chicken, fresh mozzarella, avocado, lettuce, cucumber & pickle (I know it sounds weird, but it works!). The wrap ended up being tomato, which was okay, but the chicken wasn't cut up which showed me it was not rotisserie chicken. It was some pressed chicken patty with marks like grilled, but it had a very mushy wet texture, which was rubbery & definitely not tasty! The fresh mozzarella was a rubbery blob towards one end of the wrap! Essentially, the wrap, lettuce, avocado, cucumbers & pickles is all I could eat. Don't waste your money on the "rotisserie chicken" or "fresh mozzarella"!

How does a sandwich place run out of bread at 530 pm? Order 4 sandwiches and then "oh, we ran out of the bread you selected, do you wantbus to still make it" I ordered 4, do you think that other person would be happy if i didn't come back with on?" Oh and "we ran out of chocolate chip cookies. So I picked another and then they forget to give it to to me with attitude. Worst subway and customer services. Get mad at me because you ran out of food and didn't give me my complete order that they probably messed up on.

The food was great but they have a new touch screen order menu through the drive through that is very hard to navigate so the wait was very long. When I finally reached the screen, I tried several times to place my order and couldn't so in exasperation, I pulled up to the pay window and told the girl, that I couldn't do it so she took my order there! When I asked how I should have manipulated the screen, she said that even she didn't know how because it was very complicated!
