Wonderful woman was working the counter. Smiling and pleasant. Made me feel very welcome. But she needed help behind the counter and there wasn't anyone to help.

Unfortunately, I was rushed with placing my order, I asked what happened to the $5 for any two footlong, and the cashier told me "we don't do that anymore" I proceeded to ask her why and she just scanned my card and walked away. I didn't even get my receipt.

On three separate occasions this placed has been closed with a be right back sign stating 12:15pm and it's 12:40 pm with door still locked. On another visit they didn't even put up a "be right back sign". Something has got to change.

Staff ignored us and carried on preparing for the lunch trade. Even when we asked if we could be served...the lady was sarcastic and rude. No customer service skills were present in this store. Hopefully managers will try to improve/replace this person.

I ordered 17 Italian footlong subs for a meeting lunch. They were ready on time and cut into threes as requested. The server was very helpful and prepared 2 extra subs.

Subway is almost always consistently good. Fresh tasting veggies decent quality ingredients, fresh baked bread. We're used to them but they are always there for us when we want a BMT!
