My family and I just finished dinner at The Fusion and both the food and service were fantastic. Ginny our server was so personable and really ensured that our food was perfect! I highly recommend this place even with its limited (soft opening) menu. Everything was cooked to perfection!

My Husband- had Lobster tail with garlic Noodles
My wife and I had the oysters they were the bomb
We all shared the cantonese fried rice that was so good
My wife had the Rib-Eye steak with fries and a salad. The Rib Eye was mouth watering very delicious
Our son had crab legs with garlic noodles. He really loved it.

It was like walking into a club. I was looking for a late night place that I had never been to before. It was a fun place. The menu selection is nice. The scallop sashimi was an amazing dish. This looks like a great place to go for a happy hour. I'll have to do that one of these days.

Only one person waiting tables and at first it wasn't a problem as we were the only customers. When others arrived he was struggling to keep up. Food was ok - good depending on what we ordered. Definitely some spiciness to a few of the dishes.

Best experience! Great menu for what asian fusion stands. Excellent service 👏 reasonable pricing. Got to give it a try
