The HWY 66 Pizza Hut in Gallup NM is a joke. While I repeatedly order on line and curbside pickup... the employees constantly are unable to find my order when I arrive at curbside pickup. The manager then BLAMES ME and tells me that I somehow have to click on curbside pickup... A SECOND TIME.
I tell her that I checked the curbside box when I ordered. This manager can not explain her need for me to somehow check a box when I don't have a laptop, computer or phone with internet connection while i am in their curbside pickup area. After this has happened 4 times in a row.... I have decided to COMPLAIN and let others know that this Gallup location needs to be corrected.

Pizza was burnt the pepperoni's never had a chance! The bread sticks were burnt and dry. We ordered a dinner box-carry out. My bad for not checking my order before I left. Disappointed in you pizza crew : April 2, 2022 afternoon shift. Better job next time!

I bought 3 pizzas as a deal for $10 each. Paid online and the store charged me $12.99 more. I only gave it one star because of hidden prices added at the store. I paid my order online and the store said I owed more money. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!! NOT SATISFIED!!!!!

The food was good except the Buffalo wings that was totally no spice at all even we ordered mild flavor of it. Also the service, it took longer which disappoints us a bit, but good thing that Marinara and Meat lovers pizza satisfies us except just the flavoring of their Buffalo wings.

We ordered our pizza with jalapenos, The jalapenos were put on the pizza after the pizza was cooked, was the most horrible tasting pizza ever. Won't order from there anymore

I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza. I called 20 minutes after I placed the order to let them know I was outside AND i had to go inside to get my own food when I chose curbside pickup.

Team members have always been friendly & the food has always been delicious.
Even when RARE mistakes were made, they were quick to rectify my order and I have never been disappointed.
I use this location often for personal orders and orders for events. Would highly recommend.
