Wendy's

Absolutely horrible customer service!! They ran out of cheese, pickled, tomatoes, and lettuce. Then they said only one order or fries and nuggets per vehicle. Ok fine but then they wouldn't give us 1 extra dipping sauce without wanting to charge my credit card .50 cents. Manager came to window to argue lol. Lame. Wendy and Dave would be disappointed!

Had gotten a drive-thur order meal here back in 2004. Took two bites and something was sticking out. Pulled it and a long long piece of hair came out. Called them about what had happen. Manager just said to drive all the way back to get it replaced. I didn't want it replaced I wanted my money back. Then they wanted to give me coupons but not my money back. Upset and angry I told them if anyone asks me to eat here I'll tell them this story. Since then I have never eaten at any Wendy's location. Everytime my neice order from here they missed up her order. Always check your bag before leaving drive-thur.

I prefer Wendy's east side of Gallup than McDonald because of better quality food and service. I did not give 5 stars only because there have been a few visits where only cash is accepted. Aside from this technology glitch, this is our go-to spot for fast food. Update: 12/29/21 Indoor dining remodeled and it is more spacious, modern, more seating and easier accessibility to condiments and drinks. There is also a new drink machine showing for now choices. Overall, I'm loving the indoor dining experience.
