Taco Bell

So disappointed in that Mexican Pizza! Nothing like the original version. I get my pizza home and guess what there is no sauce on the pizzas! What the heck is this hard shell for the crust? Like I was eating a taco shell not flaky at all like the original one. Also and most importantly we'll the heck we're the chopped tomatoes and olives green onions with a dollop of sour cream?🥺 I hadn't been to a taco bell I a while well guess I'll be gone a lot longer. Bring back the original pizza and meximelt too, stop cutting cost and thinking that customers won't notice.

06/16/22 7:30pm Driving home from vacation, our family stopped to eat dinner at this Taco Bell location. We stood at the front counter as the employees completely ignored us and continued to bs with each other. Curly haired caucasian kid stared at us as in to say "front counter isn't my job" and the others made no attempt to take our order or even greet us. This was NOT due to them being busy with other orders. The place was dead. It was more of a "we'll take your order after we are done bs'n with each other"... literally.

We live in Whitesboro, Texas my wife came thru the drive through and did not get all of our food. Hey it happens, but we live 15 mins away. We can’t just come back. I was upset, I called and someone named John answered the phone. I asked to speak to manager, he said it was him. I told him we didn’t get our food. He did say I come now it get the item we didn’t get. Problem is we just live to far away. But his attitude on the phone was horrible, no apology, nothing. I said no apology or nothing, and his response was, anything I else I can help you with? I said I would like to speak to your manager, his response was anything else I can help you with. I mean come on, he would not give me his last name. I asked if there was a general manager he said yes….Wuan and wouldn’t give me much more than that I asked. I will be leaving reviews anywhere I can. Horrible customer service. Maybe wuan or some other manager will make this right and I will change my review.

It was terrible. It took forever. The cars were backed up and I set there 30 minutes. Sitting there watching the girl that takes orders stand there instead of helping them get the order's ready. I got 2 chalupa boxes and didn't get what I ordered. I told the girl that it might go faster if she went back and helped get orders ready. She laughed at me and closed the window. Cars were honking behind me.
