Daylight Donuts

Only been here twice so far, but they are always super friendly, patient, & their food is delicious! Try the Cajun Empañada, you won't be disappointed. :) Their donuts are fresh and yummy, and sometimes you can see then working through the window in the back making all the goodness. Jalapeño sausage kolache's are very yummy, and I've heard their sandwiches for lunch are great too, although I've not eaten one myself. I'm going to have to make a point to come back at lunch for one of their Chicken Salad Sandwiches, and I'll update this review when I do. By the way, their blueberry donuts are delish. :3 Tip: it's a busy place! Whether drive-thru or walk-in, be patient and smile. They are fast & efficient, but a smile & thanks will go a long way.

I discovered this donut shop while on trips to the Winstar Casino. I not only enjoy visiting small towns in Texas, but love to find great local businesses. This place is wonderful, and I highly recommend the apple fritters. I have tried these everywhere and these are the best! They are huge and delicious and are a great value too! Don't forget to try the pig and cheese in a croissant as well. These are incredibly addictive and you'll want to go back for more. If you are lucky, Tabby will be working the window and she will make your day! She is super friendly and just a great person! Thanks again for your wonderful service and delicious breakfast!
