El Sombrero Grill

We ate here earlier today for lunch I had the steak ranchero I asked for medium rare it came out well done he even asked me how I wanted the steak. My girlfriend asked taco salad with beef tip she received shredded beef and was told it was what they were serving that day as beef tip he took it in the back came back a couple minutes later and that's what he said he also tried to take my food I told him what was he going to do to make it right when taking it and he didn't say nothing and I said well then there's no reason for him to take it and he threw his hands up like he didn't care he never got the manager and to be honest I could have asked for the manager but at that point in time I was just over it I looked at it as the service could have been better and if the service is like this then I'm just over it I'm just not going back

I've been a table for a one for 12 years. and I know you get less attention. I used to come here often and now I come once a month. I intend to pay for the food that I ordered. There's no need to ignore me quite so completely and when you pay at the counter because you didn't get your bill which I also understand, when you say thank you as you leave and the person behind the register says 'si'.... I'm not engaged at all... I work in service industry too. All you have to do is pretend you don't have to really mean the nice thing. It's easy I do it everyday

Informed Israel -cashier/acting manager waiter did not return after food arrived. He confirmed knowledge of waiter not returning to our table. Verbatim answers were, It was not his fault (Israel), If he (Israel) was busy too when waiting tables he does not have time to return either. He stated our waiter was working and not sleeping. After astonishing and rude responses, He stated he was the only acting manager at the time. Unnecessary and Disrespectful Customer Service.

This will be the last time I eat here order food and looked down at the table and a Roach came walking across the table . I asked for someone to come over and one came and she said wait a minute then another came and said really looked at us liked we put it there ,he took the plates asked if wanted more food . I SAID No way our server came said they just had got it sprayed for bugs . SORRY WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

BEWARE!! This place used to be one of my go to Mexican restaurants, but I has gone down hill big time! We ordered cheese dip and they brought a yellow powder cheese mixed with milk or water like what is used on box Mac and cheese for $9.95. 4 people and $70 later… Then we ordered another meal to take home to someone and got home for it to be wrong after you hanging us like crazy. The service was beyond terrible and the manager was down right rude about sending us home with the wrong food. I will NEVER go back again!
