It's a pretty good Starbucks, especially since it's on my way to campus. Nice staff, and they always get my Hot Chocolate right

I asked an employee, Will, at the drive thru for some coffee recommendations because I’m not exactly a coffee aficionado. I usually buy a coffee and it’s too sweet or bitter for my tastes. He was very kind and helpful, and the drink he recommended was great! New go to for sure. Thank you! :-)

The Starbucks in Shands hospital is horrible, the new manager is rude not only to the stuff but to customers as well.
Half of the time the drink I order is made wrong, twice now I have ordered a strawberry drink and the strawberries in it were rotten! This second time a huge brown glob came out of my cup, when I took it back and showed it to them they told me it was just the pruèe! And then got an attitude when I asked them to remake it.
I used to love this Starbucks but I will not be returning anymore

The staff are very friendly, professional, and kind. They usually recognize you after you order the same thing a few times. The coffee is fresh and delivers the Starbucks experience perfectly. I highly recommend their white chocolate mocha, cold or hot. They do have some seating here for working on your laptop.

I absolutely love this starbucks!! They’re always busy (line out the door) but have quicker turnover than any other starbucks in town. The staff is also incredibly lovely (shoutout to Tori specifically- she’s an absolute angel and so welcoming, and the manager who is friendly and attentive). Nothing but good experiences here :)

Long wait at 7 AM, which is understandable but the baked goods took way too long (e.g. cheese bites, bagel). They are good for being on a college campus and serving a hospital . Their drinks are fine. Just be sure to specify exactly what you want bc it can get very hectic and there's always a line in the morning.

Fantastic customer services from the Baristas! No matter how busy I consistently receive amazing service. It's obvious that everyone works hard and receives great training.
