This is my 4-5 time out of 6 times that the service has been to say the least, not up to par. No one will answer the phone to take call in orders, they are understaffed and although the gentleman at the counter was polite, he was extremely slow. I love the food here but I’m starting to grow aggravated of the wait times even on off peak hours. I hope management will see this and hire more help.

Lettuce was looking ROUGH, not fully cleaning board in-between orders hope I don't get sick. Sandwich built improperly, bread cut improperly. Red hots soaked the thin bottom layer, thought that went on top? Stingy with pickles as well. Not even like they were busy, working on one carry out order and mine? Service is usually better but not today.

Just ordered and SO disappointed ☹️. I usually go to the 43rd street location and alway's look forward to and enjoy my steak and cheese sub. Came here NW 13th Street, Gainesville tonight because of where I was in town-NEVER again. The meat was literally minced to bits and was SO greasy and tasted old with no flavor! Way over cooked to the point of nearly black crunchy pieces throughout. The bread was not fresh either. Overall horrible. Just a lot of $$$ to pay for a sandwich that I ended up throwing away. I hope I don't get sick. This is one section of it-YUCK!
