Mcdonald's

1st encounter: Most trashiest McDonald’s I’ve been to. I given this place the benefit of the doubt but it's horrible. Unfortunately my son loves McDonalds. I was here one night and they had "I'm a Barbie girl" music playing loud and obnoxious in the background. They had me waiting in the drive thru line for at least 35-45 minutes right after my son's karate class 2nd encounter: Made me wait 20 minutes for my food on curbside and they forgot about me. I had to walk in to get my food. I feel like these people do not want to work at all. 3rd encounter: I ordered a nugget meal with large fries and got a small amount that equaled to little under a medium. When I went inside to tell someone in a calm manner, the "manager" Alexis made a huge scene by raising her voice and claimed that I had eaten the fries. I thought she wanted to attack me. Then proceeded to throw my fries with attitude into the bag. I called corporate on her and waiting for their phone call because there is no need to accuse people of false things. why out of all the years that I've gone to McDonalds, I have never encountered such a thing. Her personality tells you a lot about her class.

I work super close and have a limited budget and a limited amount of time for lunch. I order from this McDonalds 5 days a week. The exact same food at the exact same time everyday. (I am a creature of habit). Every week at least 3 of the 5 days my order is incorrect. I use the mobile app and pick it up thru the drive-thru. Today was the last day for me. I was the only one in the drive-thru. The girl working it had no training on it. And when I received my food they gave me whatever was sitting around. The food was completely incorrect and it has definitely been sitting around for awhile. It was cold cold and the fries were super gross and the bun had already started getting hard from sitting out....
