Subway

This is the dirtiest Subway I have ever seen and I told them so. The worst part is that it is in a hospital. This food is probably being fed to sick people. There was gunk all along the edges of the ingredients. I could see the bacteria multiplying as I waited. The ingredients were wilted and mixed. They were out of the most popular cheese and the cheeses were sitting in water. They didn't close the oven when toasting and for the first time ever, I received a burnt Subway sandwich. The worker was rude and basically acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order. Did not even ask me questions, I had to try to remember all of the questions. Worst experience ever in a Subway.

This past Friday around 1:40 p.m. I went in to get a sandwich. And I must say you guys have the most unprofessional staff working during this time that I have ever encountered at a subway. Just a simple Act of constructing the sub which they are hired to do seemed like a tedious job for them. They literally threw the ingredients on to the sandwich. And then they made some snide remark when I asked for some more olives. Something to the nature I think you have enough. If they're unhappy with their job then why don't they just quit and go find something else to do. But as I said before this is by far the most unprofessional Subway establishment I've ever been to. She also basically threw two handfuls of vinaigrette and oil when I asked for a couple packs.

Where do I start... rude, unprofessional, lollygaggers. My "artist" was clearly working her first day or so, she allowed they only had "white bread" (Italian) the artist coach and other two employees were in the back lollygagging and throwing dough. She didn't know how to cut the bread, assemble the sandwich, or even wrap it. And she allowed there was no receipt paper for 2 days. I have mad respect for this girl whom was thrown on the front line with no assistance. Believe me I called the 800 number as did the customer behind me who confronted the coach, who unfortunately had to wait for service and then got no receipt to give to her boss. This crew is high unprofessional. Also do not accept coupons.

I’ve been to this subway a few times but On 4/15/2019 at around 1:50pm I ordered two subs one being a kids meatball i order this all the time at any other location I get to the check out and the lady wants to one yell at her employees for making the sub apparently you can’t get a kids meatball I also ordered a 6inch steak and cheese because I’m pregnant and cant make my mind up anywho instead of her tending to me the customer she wants to tell the employee what they did wrong then wants to go back and forth with me because I stated I didn’t want the meal for the kids she then tells me she can’t ring it up that way strange because again I do this all the time so of course I left the food right there because I refuse to give somebody that rude money I go there ever doctors visit never again ...i feel like she did way too much for no reason it was pretty sad ...customer service just isn’t what it use to be
