Wendy's

Absolutely wonderful experience! Employees were amazing and quick. The restaurant was immaculately clean, especially the restrooms. We were traveling so we had stopped at a few different fast food restaurants along the trip and this Wendy's was definitely the best place! It's amazing what a difference the employees make. We like Wendy's and I have never had any complaints about our local one. However, these people have raised the bar! They were just so friendly and kind. I loved how the young man who took our order spoke with my 6-yr old while she placed her order. He was such a gentleman and helped her with suggestions. It made her feel so proud. Truly, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling management to pass along my compliments.

Super fast service when you come around 8pm. Everyone here was very polite. The cashier at the payment window was very kind and informative and quick. As well at the second window the other cashier was very sweet and had a smile on her face. I can tell management really creates a healthy environment in a stressful workplace for the employees to thrive. I spoke on the phone with Frankie and they were very prompt and reasonable. My day got a little better after stopping at this location.

Son of a Baconator and Baconator Fries were disappointing to say the least. The burger was kind of blah. Not heaps of bacon like one might think and the bacon that was on there was not crispy. The fries were even more disappointing. The fries were undercooked and luke warm at best and could not even melt the cheese. The bacon was not chopped nor crispy either. Photos don't lie. At least I had a delicious frosty to clean my palate.

First thing that went wrong with this Wendy's is they poured out their coffee at 2pm and did not make anymore. Being almost 9pm when we ordered and right off I75 I would think they would have coffee all day. Second thing that went wrong with this trip was the fries. Both order of fries were cold almost like they had been sitting out for an hour before placed in the bag. On the bright side the hamburger and chicken nuggets were delicious and hot.

I don't understand how you can open a Wendy's restaurant and not have any napkins?? During the time of covid people wearing masks sanitation and cleanliness is of the utmost top of mind awareness that you would invite guests into your restaurant and not have any napkins to offer them! When I'm placing my order and I say I'd like a single cheese sandwich with no tomato add the mustard I find it slightly offensive and rude the employee taking my order would simply say "Just the sandwich" ? Well if I wanted a combo I would have said a combo and how about saying would you like to buy a combo instead of saying just the sandwich usually they come with onions but I didn't get any I'd be happy to share my receipt and number and use the comment line that's usually on the receipt but I didn't get nor was I offered a receipt and the manager type person that gave me my food that answered my question why wasn't I have any napkins was quite smug about her answer when I suggested she get some from Publix across the street that quote she wasn't allowed to because it wasn't from their distributor which really is ridiculous and makes no sense I could understand but napkins really. My food was good and hot and I got it through the drive-thru pretty quick other than that not so much a good experience today. It should have been onions on my sandwich I'm sure they've been able to get some napkins.
