I am so disappointed. We got there, it was only one person before us. We ordered. A lot of people got after and received first.
When we got our food, three things were missing. We wait more time. I asked, they will help, wait more…
Anyway. They got busy, people waiting and asking.
The two stars is because even if took long and wrong food came, someone was trying his best to help everybody.
Be patient or don’t come here.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered a happy meal and 2 sandwiches it took over 45 minutes to get the food (we were in yhe drive thru) and everything was wrong. After they fixed it the burger was then extremely pink. we have tried them 2 times and we are officially done with this place. I do NOT recommend them. Just go one more exit down to the next one they are so much better.

The wait was extremely long, clearly understand during peak hours. The manager was running the drive-thru, she had a nasty attitude. You don't take your frustrations that you have on your employees out on your customers. Essentially shoving the food and drink through the window of my car for both orders. Do better!

45 minutes for a caramel frappe. Wow. I have no words. Because they decided to start to clean the machine during a lunch rush and nobody had the time to get it done. Absolutely ridiculous.

All of the McDonald’s in Gainesville have very rude employees but this McDonald’s is by far the worst. I walked in to place an order and was attempted to use the kiosk and none of them were working. I attempted to get any of the employees attention but was ignored for a good 5 minutes before the manager looked at me and said read the sign. There was a small sign on one of the registers saying only mobile orders inside the restaurant. The manager then continued to roll her eyes and shake her head as she walked away. This means that if someone who doesn’t have a car or a phone can’t eat at McDonald’s after a certain time. I don’t understand the lack of customer service and assistance to the customers. There were other people in front of me that didn’t even get any help until I arrived and kept trying to get the attention of an employee. . I just do not understand why the owners can’t put a stop to this. Hire better people!

Window worker went to hand off the bag, the bag ripped as she released it. She said “do you still want the drinks?” We were like”? what do you mean so we still want the drinks… we want the food too” Then she said she can’t replace the food. We talked to the manager, and after some arguing, eventually a guy came out with our food and was incredibly nice

Bad food and service at a high price. Not my McDonald's from my Era. This corporate store lost a long time supporter. Never have I ever sat in a parking lot for 45 minutes and listen to management and staff bad mouth other working staff and management! Totally need to come grips with bad moral.

Horrible place. Pulled in thr drive thru just to be told to walk I to place the order. Walked in, the computers are down, people waiting to either get their food or place an order. The self service to place an order was down as well. Ended up leaving. The tine I was inside the cashier's attitude was too much. She was talking down to people that have been waiting 25 min for their fries. I will not recommend this place. To top it off, it wasn't clean either.
