Kfc

Went by around 3:00 in the afternoon, place was pretty quiet. Very friendly folks there were sanitizing the dining room which I thought was a good thing. The food was served pretty quickly. All in all, I was pleased with everything, nothing bad to note here. Hope this helps. Dining room is nice, maybe a little updating but pretty nice and clean.

I had went to through the drive thru around 7 o clock and it was raining really hard. The drive thru girl was very rude she said they were out of something I had no intentions of getting and didn't bother to ask me what I wanted. I told her anyway and she screamed WHATTT with an attitude so I explained to her again and she said if I hurry up I can get it I got to the window and eventually came up and gave it to me I said thank you and she just closed the window.

I begrudge even give one star. I’m a HUGE fried chicken person, LOVE it! Used to count on our KFC to get it. Out of love for my southern fried favorite, I kept going back in hopes the food would stop declining. It hasn’t. The legs are tiny. The breasts are small. It’s always cold. Coating isn’t done. Potatoes taste like they were made days before. Service is slow. Food isn’t right from drive thru. The tea is always old. And the prices are outrageous, especially for such a bad quality of food!! I finally just gave up going there at all. It’s sad. I miss it…when it was good! This goes for dine in AND take out.

Ordered a family meal, and they got my food wrong. I drove 15 minutes home before I seen I was missing stuff and stuff was wrong. So I had to drive 15 minutes back, to deal with attitude while trying to get my correct food. They didn’t even help me out to make me feel better. So now I’m driving 15 minutes AGAIN! to try to feed my kids our cold chicken before their bedtime. Completely dissatisfied.
