Applebee's

We stopped in for dinner around 8PM on a Saturday. Place seemed fairly slow with a few diners finishing up but we still had a long wait to get seated. Restaurant is in serious need of a remodel... lots of worn fixtures and the carpet is completely trashed. The hostess had her young daughter wiping off the tables which doesn't seem like it meets health codes. Then we had a pretty good wait to get our food. Lettuce in salads were old and the rest of our meal was just OK. Overall, a mediocre $50 meal for 3 people.

I don’t why the bartender is training the waitresses for one, two every time we go I feel like we didn’t get our food on time because certain others have theirs 15 min after we sit and they come in after us. The waitresses need to learn their menus. The bartender seems to be good at what she does but is tasked with too many other responsibilities.

I came to dine in today with my three year old and husband. A waitress who served us (her name was Ann D) snapped at my husband for asking for To-Go plate. In front of my child. We were respectful and polite the entire time. She later came back with apology but the apology was not genuine or sincere at all. This experience was not ideal at all..as far as customer service. The food was good. I just wish we had a better to server who didn’t make us feel like we were annoying. I normally tip, but I wouldn’t waste my money on someone who didn’t appreciate our business.

Applebee's was ok I was mildly disappointed with the quality of service. The server didn't give refills that often (once or twice). The food was ok but it really felt mediocre compared to other Applebee's. I really was saddened by the quality of service. However it wasn't terrible but it could have been way better.
