Jacob took our order. He had a smile as soon as he walked up to the register. He was extremely professional, personality plus, and brought our order out to us. Our food was perfect. Fries were hot and fresh. We need more friendly people like Jacob working fast food. PLEASE let him know he's doing a great job. He is an asset to this location. I asked his name, so I could include it in my review.

I stopped by this morning for a meal and chocolate chip cookies. The biscuit was the hardest biscuit I've ever received from a restaurant. The cookies, at different McDonald's that I've been to, are typically very soft. These were so hard that I didn't eat them. I stopped at 8am. I figured breakfast would still be fresh at that time in the morning.
The customer service was great and I received my food very quickly however.

I ordered 2 quarter pounders and they looked like the were half put together and stepped on. For the price, won't be back!

I just don't like going to this location. Because they often get the order wrong.also don't ask for ketchup or salt they say ok, but what they really mean is too bad so sad it's not in the bag.

Drive-thru. Simple order. Was asked what I had, told them, & was still given the WRONG order. She took the order back & had us pull up &wait. &of course, the fries were COLD!

Very RUDE employees . I used to work at this location and they have a sign up saying lobby now open . When we tried to open the door it was locked and a employee was VERY rude as she was leaving talking about they have noone to work the lobby . I understand that but you do not have to be rude to a customer . It wasn't even what she said but how she said it . Id give no stars if it were an option .
