Convenient two entries into the parking lot. The wait at the drive thru was 10 minutes with three cars ahead of me, but with staffing problems now a day that’s not too bad. I ordered cheese sticks and a fish sandwich. The cheese sticks are definitely the best in town. Eight breaded mozzarella sticks. Hot and gooey inside and crispy on the outside. Perfectly seasoned. I could eat them everyday with their honey mustard. At around $3.50 I can make a meal out of them. The tea is awesome too. The fish sandwich is two huge pieces of their battered fish on a generous size plain bun with tartar sauce and lettuce. So if you like their fish you will like this sandwich. I can’t comment on the staff because there was no interaction other than asking me if I wanted to order whatever the special was before I ordered and stating the amount at the window.

I'm picking up a doordash right now and it was suppose to be picked up by 7:15 it's 7:52 and when I get to the window the lady is standing there on her phone. Several people have left the line cause it's been so long. I've worked food service before, there's no reason it should take this long. If I could give 0 stars I would

They need to shut the Gadsden, Al location down until they get some help. I know it is not the fault of the few employees on staff but the service inside and out is extremely slow. I was only the third car in the drive through and it took 25 mins to get up to the ordering point and another 25 mins to get to the window. Almost one HR to get an order of shrimp. We love the food but the service has to improve or they can't stay in business.

This was my 1st visit anywhere that was out of alot of item such as to start with I ordered captain combo flounder and fried shrimp went to wash hands and get table and husband came to table saying they didn't have what I wanted so I got 6 shrimp on skewer and some kind of boiled fish. They ran out of tea, no cocktail sauce, tartar sauce. Very nice good staff but our trip this time not to pleasant.
