Starbucks

I work around the mall so I frequent this Starbucks a lot, and just had the best morning order with Simon! He was super energetic and happy, definitely what helps get the morning started with your coffee. I had two separate orders and even wanted things that hadn’t been put out yet, and he stayed positive and happy the whole time! This Starbucks can get crazy busy, so Simon being so happy and energetic really helped make my morning. Everyone there is typically friendly, but he really stood out!

Great location the staff is friendly. The shift lead Thea will go out of her way for customers to make sure that everything is done correctly and she will always do it willingly she never gets upset when you ask her questions. Thea is what excellent customer service looks like. Best starbucks experience ever!

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I waited close to 30 minutes for a tea. I was at a table while waiting and I saw the counter to pick up the drinks was covered in liquid. Looked like a drink spilled and had yet to be wiped up for the entire 30 minutes I was there.. Here’s the thing.. They continued to slide the drinks across the counter and I kid you not, it made a wave with the puddle of whatever it was. I was so grossed out. I noticed everyone would pick up their drink and it would just be dripping from the bottom. It was disgusting and I should have just left because the tea didn’t taste good and was definitely not worth the wait. I hope this location makes some changes because it seems a lot of people are having bad experiences here.
