Great concept with a neat space and a friendly staff. That said, I just can't give it more than 2 stars because the ice cream itself was really, really disappointing. I got coffee with brownie mixed in, and my husband got pistachio. His ice cream's flavor was shockingly bad--it tasted like medicine. Mine tasted like a cheap coffee hard candy--no depth, too sweet, pretty bad. For the price, I expected much better ice cream. I won't come back, but I do hope that they get better product because the concept has potential and, again, the staff was professional and friendly.

Cool fun concept, and I tried to go healthy with the almond milk pistachio and Graham cracker. It was quite a bizarre combo and the Graham cracker was more like Sandy cold milk.
My wife had coffee brownie which was pretty tasty.

This is more than just another ice cream store. It's very entertaining to watch them create the flavors using their liquid nitrogen process. Great place to take a date or person who is into science and ice cream. I love that they offer all kinds of non-dairy options with in their ice cream and even in their hot chocolates. The store owner, Heidi, was very pleasant and nice enough to give us some free samples. She took the time out of her busy day to share some history of the store and explain the liquid Nitrogen process. Even in cold weather this place was happening.

Heard about this place from one of my friends who told me about making Ice cream with nitrogen. Looks really cool when it's being made.
Taste wise was good because got Cake flavor which I'm obsessed with, but personally i do think it was too pricey, especially for the size.
Nice to try out once though.

Place is crazy good. They take your flavors and liquid nitrogen them to insta-freeze making ice cream! Fun to watch and pretty quick!

My family tried this on a whim new to the Frisco area, we loved it. The service of the young staff here was great they were super friendly and answered all questions we had since my fiancé has to have sugar free/low sugar food. The place has several different flavor combos which all taste great. We’ll be back for sure! So happy to find a dessert place that offers no/low sugar ice cream

It's a fun, modern little place with the BEST ice cream I have ever tasted. Tons of flavors and add-ins to choose from, even sugar-free and lactose-free options. The owner is a super down-to-earth and friendly woman. Excellent service, impeccably clean (seriously, I've never been in a restaurant so clean) and a fun process to watch! The ice cream is very rich in flavor and has a super creamy and smooth consistency. The only thing I would change is the location so I could come here all the time 😂😂
