So today I went through the drive through and I ordered number 11 with meal and soda and also chicken nuggets. So I didn’t know how horrible this location is after reading the reviews it has online. I was dumb not to check my order before leaving because I trusted that employee it seems to be the manager or whatever . I got only two orders of chicken nuggets and soda so they stole my $10 . So besides my money getting taken away from my bills so is burger stealing my money. I’m sorry to say but I think my 10 year

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been multiple times because I live close and every time I've gone it looks closed because there is absolutely no cars around in the parking lot or the drive thru. No one goes there because the workers are the most awful human beings. The customer service was awful the food was not warm in the slightest after I asked for the food extra crispy. That was like the worst human interaction I've had in a while. And it's like that every time I've gone. It feels like every worker wants to die in there. Don't go here

Worst Burger King ever. I hope they get more employees. When me and my father went we waited in the line for 15 minutes. It takes them so long. Then they have a very long line. Now they have no people in their line because everyone knows they will take forever. Do better.

They try so hard. This place gets so busy . I gave 5 stars because the food was Hot and the night crew was getting the cars out at a reasonable time. Good Job . 👍

I only gave one star because there’s no other way to leave a review. This is by far the worst Burger King in fresno. There has not been one time we have gone & they've gotten our order right. The little employees will lock the doors to the restaurant & just look at customers coming to the door during normal business hours. It’s 10:30 am they are open, they got my order completely wrong & they aren’t letting any of us inside to fix all of their many mistakes. Instead they’re looking at everyone laughing & ignoring us. This location needs new management badly.

Absolutely horrible service. Went one day and they were out of bbq sauce. The next onion rings. Spent the last 10 minutes in line at the drive through. Don't even think about going inside as it will take even longer!

At this location there is always something missing ... But this time they did not have napkins chicken nuggets ketchup onion rings toilet paper no soap for washing hands..... They took their sweet time to take my order and also sweet time to get me the order....

I come almost every night around 7pm. And they are always out of sides…. I hope the Manager sees this and order more stuff….. loosing money is not good for business😬
