Wendy's

I haven’t been to Wendy’s for over 10 years. I stopped in here for a quick bite because my blood sugar was low.,(type 2 diabetic). Ordered the junior cheeseburger and the Junior fries. Fast and courteous service. Restrooms were open (unlike the McDonald’s across the street) and clean. not disappointed. The 🍟 were dope!

Wendy's used to be a place back in the 80s and 90s that as a young child and teenager, I loved. I used to go with my friends and buy fries and frosties. I remember how friendly everyone was and how fast our food was prepared. I don't know where customer service went, but it seems more and more like fast food workers just don't care! Some employees never even say thank you, hello, you're welcome or anything other than a total. Some never even look at you! This Wendy's is especially bad! Won't return! Horrible customer service!

Last night I picked up a family member at the airport. I stopped here on the way home to get a Frosty for the 25 mile ride home. I waited in line behind 2 cars. When I got to the speaker I asked if they had Frosties. The person said yes they did and I ordered one. After waiting for the other 2 cars again, when I drove up to the window they said they actually didn't have Frosties. Then they said they would make some and it would take 5 minutes. The lady at the window kind of thought it was funny. Then they said, no, they weren't making any. I felt like using some very bad language like a b-word or even a c-word. But being an adult I just drove away without losing my temper. After some thought I figured I should have asked for a free Coke since I had been inconvenienced by waiting in their line after I had clearly asked, did they have Frosties? And was told they did. I feel a little better now after shooting them this one-star review. In this case one-star is generous.

Tried to pick a door dash they closed there store about 15 mins early wouldnt tell me why or respond at the window. While I was waiting at the window employee saw me just turned head was too focused on getting out. They didn't even pick the phone. It's said tht the customer paid and won't even get there good now.
