Mcdonald's

My kids love this place. Reason is only getting 3 stars not 5 is because McDonald's do not have baby changing station. I remember having to change my baby diaper in the restroom floor or having to go to the car. With the amount of money McDonald's have and being a place mainly for kids I don't understand how they don't have baby changing station.

This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve been too and they’re all pretty bad. But i happened to be on that side of town so i stopped. First off, no one acknowledged me at the speaker and i was there for at least 3 minutes. So i just went to the window and the guy was so mad that he had to take my order, rolling his eyes at me. All I wanted was 6 piece nuggets. Then i went to the second window and asked for spicy buffalo sauce and the lady tells me that i have to ask for this when i first order because they have to charge me for it and i said “we’ll i didnt know that” and she replies “ well now you know” in the most rude way possible. but then again what can i expect… it’s McDonald’s.

I don't usually come out to this particular location, too many homeless, druggies & ladies of the night around here. Makes me a lil uncomfortable, especially when I have my kids with me. I was in desperate need of a coffee and it was the closest to me so I did thru really fast. The guy taking my order had no ambition in his voice & kept asking me, "Is that it?" He came off a lil rude actually. Then he told me 1 price, I get to the window and it's more. Didn't care for their service very much.

I'll preface this by saying I have worked in McDonalds before, not specifically here, but for the company. Service was bad. Order got changed 3 times, had to correct them at the window, then when i picked up my food, i had to remind them again. They told the workers on the line my correct order, with me in hearing distance, and the order was still wrong. Despite this being labeled a 24 hour drive thru, there have been multiple times coming through around 1030-11pm at night with cones or wheel carts in the way blocking the drive thru, to prevent customers from using it. Riding around the store, you can clearly see workers inside talking. Not sure what is going on here at this location, but definitely needs to be fixed.

The crew was standing around talking for over 5 minutes I had to as for service. Then there was a huge mess in front of the soda machine. Ice and a huge puddle of water. They were just standing around n knew it was there because there was a wet floor sign. I got blue Powerade and half way through drinking it found black chunks in it from the machine not being cleaned properly. I wanted to throw up. I went to show them so they would be aware..I didn't need a refund..just wanted to show them..the girl just said ok. Didn't bother telling management. Didn't care.

Nothing special, except half the time they only take credit cards or exact change and that's a pain in the butt especially since they don't say anything till your at the order speaker. Would be nice to have signs before getting in line just in case don't have exact change or card. But otherwise average McDonald

Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been greeted very nicely by the employees there. I know it gets crazy busy sometimes but they try to do the best they can. Majority of them. The food is always been on point. I have not had a complaint so far and I hope it continues to stay that way since I go there very often. I’ve even seen Quinceañeras and Brides stop here for a quick snack so that should tell you something. Oh and their ice cream machine works unlike every other McDonald’s I’ve too.
