Always. Honestly I get better food here than I did at Chick-fil-A or the other place In-N-Out yeah I don’t go to In-N-Out either I actually like McDonald’s and I like their chicken sandwich grilled and nuggets, their chocolate shakes are yummy their fries are the bomb, so that’s why I still go to good old McDonald’s. And you can just ask for your food to be prepared fresh and they do it and they bring it out to you and they’re really nice about it so is Carl’s Jr. for that matter I’ll give them a review next but yeah I’ll always go to McDonald’s forever and ever now I have grandchildren I’ll be taking them there someday.

Ordered breakfast on the app, which accepted my order. Then when I arrived minutes later after 10:30AM, I found my order cancelled. They should make it clear that you need to arrive BEFORE the end of breakfast when placing an order or just ready the order instead of require you to make the trip first then cancel your order. Very poor execution and experience.

This McDonald's is Zero-Star!!! Went there three times on different times & days with our coupon code. Each time they tell us that the codes were not working we should pay the full price instead. All workers only speak their own language and if you are not one of their kind, you will not get the coupon discount. I waited twice just to see & confirm that the coupon code was the same with everyone. It turned out that if you are one of their kind, you get coupon discount without any problem. Those male , heavy weight & old females do not give good service if you are not their kind. Next time, I will get the names & their Supervisor & report this to Corporate McDonald's. Will avoid this specific McDonald's & spread the word to all.

The manager couldn't understand simple English. The customer in front of me, an old lady, had to repeat her order loudly to get it right. I mean, is there any other fish sandwich on the menu? Manager said, so you want the filet-o-fish sandwich? Well yah. Then when I ordered, I said a large sugar free vanilla iced coffee. She said medium strawberry banana smoothie? Then still proceeded to get it wrong by giving me a medium coffee. Goodness. The old lady that was waiting for her order said, at least we're not in Ukraine. Then I saw the manager use the metal spoon that was lying on the counter, very unsanitary, to stir my coffee. This was March 1 at 11:30 am.

Really good restaurant. It's pretty clean and the service it's really fast. I really had a greatfull experience, specially for the customer service. The old lady make me have and great experience at this restaurant. It is usually really empty so you can have some relaxation time from the overwhelming crowd from other restaurants and from downtown
