Mcdonald's

This just was not a good night. We usually come to this McDonald's cuase the fries 🍟 are always hot but not to night. It was fourth of July and I guess everyone was hungry after fireworks 🎆 the line was long but moved pretty quickly. I was so looking forward to my shake and fries only to be disappointed 😞next time!

Service and food are sometimes inconsistent. They have forgotten order items at the window. Make sure to check your food before you pull away. Drive thru can be fast or slow, it's also very inconsistent. It happens any time of the day or night. Be ready to be told to go park in number "3" and wait an additional 5-10 minutes to receive your food. Only a handful of employees have great customer service. The rest do not greet you or confirm your order items.

We had a busy day and our family was starving. We went in the drive-thru and ordered food, the usual the total was $39.99. I don't eat at McDonald's but my family loves it. So I'm approaching the drive thru pay window, just then my phone rings and it's my friend . I totally forgot I'm supposed to meet him at my house so being a great friend that I am. I asked him what he wanted from McDonald's and it's was on me at no charge. He said,." a cheeseburger, fries and drink. Meanwhile,..I'm at the pay window and tell the clerk to add his order on to my order. She says,..ok. They bring the food then this lady comes out of nowhere and has a burger in her hand and shouts," this is our last cheeseburger. I'm thinking to myself,..so what! As we drove home we are eating the fries as I know everyone does this. We parked car, went inside.everyone ate their food. I had my friends food in a bag awaiting his arrival. So he pulls up, comes inside I give him his food. He's eats. Were chatting,..Immediately after he's says .."my stomach hurts". I'm thinking to myself,.no way! He says,.my stomach is rumbling in waves and I need to use your bathroom. Now,..people this is exactly why I don't eat at McDonalds. In closing,..I gave him some tums and he was good. We packed my car up and hit the flea market that morning. I keep it 💯

Im only giving this place 2 stars because there is a very rude, mean old lady that works here. She yells at her staff like they are dogs or something and she just makes my experience very unpleasant every time i go here. Update: this establishment has gotten alot better, the food is on point most of the time, the fries are usually nice and crispy and the staff are nice and friendly updated from 2 stars to 4
